CE Mark and EU MDR pathway design, Notified Body selection and submission management, technical documentation, and ISO 13485 quality systems. We take an existing FDA clearance or home-market approval and build the European regulatory route behind it, through to certification.

Reimbursement dossiers and HTA submissions

Dossier preparation and submission for G-BA in Germany, HAS in France, and NICE in the United Kingdom, with health economics modelling and pricing. We map the route to national reimbursement early enough to shape the launch.

Our engagements are structured as monthly retainer plus milestone payments plus success fees. The retainer covers our core team capacity. Milestones are triggered by verified outcomes, not activities. Success fees are a percentage of revenue from agreements we help you close. You know exactly what you're paying and what triggers each component.
No. Our Launchpad works for US companies entering Europe and for EU-based companies scaling across European markets and/or into the USA, Canada, or the MENA region. If you have a validated health product and want to grow commercially internationally, we can help.
HealthSeed partners best with companies that are revenue generating or near-revenue generating (within one year from CE and/or FDA approval). We do engage selectively with pre-seed companies where we believe the IP is highly differentiated and has global potential.
